Affinity AppVokèra has launched the new Vokèra App to provide a wide variety of time-saving, useful content straight to a mobile device with the added advantage of convenient integration with Vokera’s popular Affinity Rewards programme for installers registered on the scheme.

“The Vokèra App will make a difference for the busy installer on the move,” says Neil Mattock, Marketing Director at Vokèra. “We’ve designed it to bring easy and up to the minute access on important information covering Vokèra products, accessories, stockists and training. Even better, for installers on our Affinity Rewards programme, it’s fast and simple to enter installed product information for points, track progress and keep up to speed with the latest offers in the scheme.”

Working on iOS and Android platforms, the Vokèra App is free to download from the App Store here and Google Play here.

It includes:

  • Vokèra Product Catalogue: The full Vokèra product catalogue is available to view and interrogate, giving installers all the boiler and accessory information they need, to hand, wherever they are.
  • Stockist locator: By entering a postcode or town, or with location services enabled, installers can quickly find their nearest Vokèra stockist, as well as opening times and contact number. Installers can then easily identify the right places to buy products, spare parts and accessories when working in an unfamiliar area or in an emergency.
  • Training: The training section of the Vokèra App provides instant information on training courses as well as contact numbers and email address. For 2015, Vokèra has a number of new courses coming on to the market to help with the continued development of installers.
  • Special Affinity Members’ Area: Installers on the scheme can quickly and efficiently register installed products using the app.  Rewards and points can also be viewed and installers can discover the latest promotions available. Vokèra is not only offering set promotions but also the option for installers to choose their own rewards with the concierge button, where they can suggest prizes that they like would like to receive, for example it could be vouchers towards a new power tool, money off in a favourite store or a new phone.  As well as rewards, installers will have access to tips for marketing their business’ and exclusive promotions, such as, double points, and 7 year warranty on selected boilers.
